| Approved Occupational Rehabilitation Service Providers |
The Victorian WorkCover Authority, through its Authorised Agents, purchases approved occupational rehabilitation services related to compensable, work-related injuries and administers a system of approval for organisations and individuals (as entities) to deliver approved occupational rehabilitation services in Victoria.
Approved occupational rehabilitation services can only be delivered by providers approved by the VWA.

| Asbestos - Licensed Removalists |
Listing of Asbestos Removalists licensed under the Occupational Health and Safety (Asbestos) Regulations 2003.
Class A Asbestos Removalists are licensed to remove all forms of asbestos and asbestos containing material.
Class B Asbestos Removalists are licensed to remove only non-friable asbestos containing material (such as cement sheeting, vinyl tiles).
Class A - Specific - Asbestos Removalists are licensed to remove specific forms of asbestos and asbestos containing material.
Class B - Specific - Asbestos Removalists are licensed to remove specific forms of non-friable asbestos material. |

| Construction Induction - Registered Training Organisations |
Approval of Registered Training Organisations(RTO) to provide Construction Induction Training is governed by the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 and administered by The Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA). The VRQA is responsible for the approval and registration of RTO's. Approved RTO's are registered on the National Training Information Service website where you will find the most current information. WorkSafe Victoria maintains the list here independantly of the NTIS list.

| Occupational Health & Safety Training - Approved Providers |
The Victorian WorkCover Authority approves courses of training under section
7(g)(ii) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (OHS Act). The Authority
currently approves 3 types of courses:
- Initial Level OHS Course For HSRs - This is a 5-day introductory
course in OHS legislation, principles and practice for health and safety representatives.
This course may also be jointly delivered to both HSRs and managers/supervisors.
- Refresher OHS Course For HSRs - This is annual training
that is available to HSRs and their deputies who have been trained to Initial
Level. It aims to refresh their OHS knowledge and skills.
- OHS Act, Section 69 Courses - Training under section 69
of the OHS Act is intended to deliver learning outcomes which are different
from those delivered by Initial Level or Refresher HSR training. The entitlement
to this training, unlike Initial Level or Refresher HSR training, does not
extend to deputy HSRs. Approved courses covered by section 69 include Manual
Handling and Risk Control.
There is no provision under the OHS Act to approve training for Employer Representatives.
